Located in South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, this beach house was reimagined for modern coastal living. A former galley kitchen and separate laundry room were combined to create a spacious, functional gathering area for families.

The renovation also included updated bathrooms with new tile and vanities, a custom TV and fireplace feature wall, shell stone tile throughout, and new white oak stairs—bringing warmth, style, and improved flow throughout the home.
